Started our search for a mattress and heard about Mattress Warehouse in Fort Wayne. We went into the store and were greeted by Aaron who was very helpful and knowledgeable. Didn't try to sell us the most expensive mattress, showed us the differences in mattresses and had us try them out. We ended up with a quality mattress which was comfortable for us. The pricing was well within our budget, the quality was really good, and we were so comfortable with Aaron's guidance we ended up purchasing four (4)mattresses!They even delivered and took away our old mattresses for a slight fee. Even the delivery people were very helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. These days when you receive friendly, knowledgeable customer service at a great price from the sale to the delivery you will always earn our trust!

Good place to get your mattresses with box springs the people were very nice and they will help you and they do deliver and they take the old mattresses and box springs with them it's an extra charge

Aaron did a great job in explaining the differences between several of the mattresses I was interested in purchasing. He did not try to push the most expensive product. I ultimately bought a mattress based on his recommendation, which was Not the highest priced. And, I love the new mattress!

Asa is the man! Very knowledgeable and articulate guy who knows how to cut through the bs and figure out exactly what you're looking for - without any of the "salesy" talk or gimmicks. Plus, they've been in business for almost 30 years, aren't in debt or owned by a foreign country, and they actually keep inventory in stock. It has been one month since we bought our mattress from Mattress Warehouse and we love it as much as we did the day we bought it. Asa helped us pick out the Azalea mattress, which has proven to give us both a great night's sleep. Asa was very helpful in answering all of our questions, he was attentive but not pushy. We received free and flexible delivery which was very helpful in our move. Very happy with the price. We really appreciate the service and would definitely recommend buying a mattress from Mattress Warehouse.

From start to finish, it was a great experience shopping for a mattress at Mattress Warehouse. Asa was knowledgeable and personable as he found the set we needed, and he worked out a very good price, as I moved from a full to queen bed. The gentlemen who delivered were on time and professional as they made the switch. They were a great help, as I am disabled. I would recommend stopping in at the Illinois Road store before making a final decision. Thanks, guys!

Great experience with great people! I needed an adjustable bed but I had an almost new mattress so they sold me the adjustable base and kept my mattress. Great solution that saved me a bunch of money! The four post bed was kept also, delivery and installation was fast and easy. Definitely a great Company!

My mother and I came here to get two mattress and left purchasing three. Josh was absolutely amazing! He answered all of our questions throughly, and explained very well all major differences between the ones we were looking at with the sales going on and our budget. My mother is a repeat customer because of the great service they offer and I definitely plan on being back to get new pillows. Very clean and inviting sales floor also and welcoming as soon as you walk into the doors.

We were mattress shopping and went to Mattress Warehouse . What great people . They took us around the store and explained and showed us the different types of mattresses and we asked pricing and they did not try to get the most expensive mattress but wanted us to purchase the mattress that felt the best to us. I would recommend Mattress Warehouse to anyone . Chris and Asa were great to help us.We bought a great mattress at a great price . We asked how soon could it be delivered and Asa said how about tomorrow around noon . At 11:30 the truck pulled in the driveway . I would definitely recommend them Also all of their mattresses are American made.

We shopped several stores but settled on Mattress Warehouse due to the years of service to the community, their high ratings, the professional level of their staff, their broad selection, and their price and warranties. We worked with Josh to help zero in on our precise selection. He was very knowledgeable and most helpful in guiding us through the features of their beds. Our particular selection had to be ordered and arrived within 5 days of the order placement. The delivery was equally professional with the removal of the old bed and the setting up and demonstration of the new bed. Every person that we came in contact with were friendly and professional. You need to look no further then Mattress Warehouse.

My Mom and I went in there in January this year, Asa was there and I told him I wanted a gushy bed and back support. He led me to the bed of my dreams! Asa is awesome!! Put the bed in lay away and got it paid off today 3-23. The guys delivered it and had it set up in minutes! Great experience from start to finish!! And the best part is I sleep like a baby now!!
