I like the feeling that my mattress is safe from any accidents. I like that it keeps my body cool during the night.
I am not so happy that it is not a snug and tight fit as was my previous Tempur mattress cover.
The sides of the cover do not go under the mattress to provide a sleek and smooth look.

As everyone also stated with one star this pad will not stay on the mattress no matter what you try to do ! horrible every morning I have to reconnect the top of the one side that will not stay in place. WASTE OF MONEY !

This is the most worthless protector. It's never fit properly. First time spilling something on bed and went completely through it. Now my bed has a huge stain on it and still can't get it out.

This mattress protector is a waste of money. We purchased this to ensure we were covered with the warranty, but it ruins the experience of the mattress for me. I sleep hot, and was looking forward to the cooling impact of our new mattress. unfortunately this protector radiates heat back to me and I am waking up sweaty. DO NOT BUY THIS IF YOU SLEEP HOT.

I have had back spasm for the past several years. I decided to change mattresses. It has helped, not gone completely, but better. Very comfortable and supports my body in the manner of the pressure that I place on it. I am sleeping better because of the relief of shoulder pain. Great mattress. The process from order to delivery was seamless. Highly recommended.

Have had this protector for over year. I bought the Queen size and agree with prior reviewers that the fit is loose. The top does not lay flat on the mattress and bunches up. It also does not stay around the edges. It needs stay tight bands although not sure if that will rectify the bunching up on top. Waste of money and no satisfaction from customer rep in the store.

I just tossed this thing in the trash after struggling with it for over a year. It does not stay put. It makes it harder to tuck in a bottom sheet. Worst of all, it has a loose fit that creates big ridges that you CANNOT smooth out. My recommendation: don't buy this.

Purchased this mattress protector with high expectations given the Tempur-pedic name. Unfortunately, after just a couple washes the protector is deteriorating and coming apart. Very disappointed given the price point. I would highly recommend another brand.

If I didn't have this cover my new Tempuredic mattress would be unusable because the cover of the mattress is so slick that sheets can't stay on and I have slipped off the bed on numerous occasions until I got this cover. Only problem with the cover is it comes loose at the top corner when the mattress is elevated at the head. Have to pull it down each morning to fit tight. If you have a Tempurb mattress this cover is necessary!!

The TEMPUR‑Protect Mattress Protector is fantastic. I bought it to protect my mattress, but I had no idea it would also enhance the comfort of the bed. After placing the protector on my Tempur‑Pedic mattress and adding a Tempur‑Pedic fitted sheet over it, the surface feels noticeably softer. You can absolutely tell the difference, and it doesn't take away from the mattress's cooling features at all. Highly recommend.

Would give 5 stars however took over a month to be delivered. They used a 3rd party delivery service that never answered the phone, was late, and cancelled my delivery twice (had to take 3 days off work). Eventually called TEMPUR pedic and customer service was basically like sorry about your luck, it should be delivered soon. Also shared that he understood because he had been waiting for some sneakers to be delivered!

It is pretty good for a mattress protector but it does hinder the mattresses ability to conform fully. It did change the feel of my mattress from soft to more of a medium-soft. However, this is the compromise I have to make to keep my mattress protected from my baby who sometimes co-sleeps and had already threw up on my new bed. Maybe just a little more adjusting by the R&D department to come up with an even better one. Overall, it's still 100x better then other mattress protectors that are not designed for memory foam so there's that.

I'm pretty disappointed in this product. I have a king sized Temperapedic mattress but this protector is way too big. It also doesn't have the long side/short side guidance to know which direction to put it on so I had to put it on both directions multiple times trying to figure out which way was right. Either way, it has 6-8" of extra fabric that bunches up and moves around under the bed sheet. It feels like a rubber sheet under the bed sheet. I don't like it but know I can't return it because it is bedding.

We purchased a premium Tempur Pedic mattress along with a Tempur Pedic branded waterproof mattress protector, specifically to protect the mattress from liquid damage. The mattress was never used without the protector.
During normal use, the protector failed and allowed liquid from a child accident to pass through, permanently staining and saturating the mattress. Tempur Pedic reviewed the claim and approved the protector failure, confirming that the waterproof layer did not perform as advertised.
Despite confirming the protector failure, Tempur Pedic refused to provide any remedy for the resulting mattress damage. We were told that mattress replacement is only available if the mattress independently meets standard warranty defect criteria, even though liquid damage is excluded from the mattress warranty by definition. They also relied on an internal requirement that the protector and mattress must be purchased on the same day and receipt, which was never disclosed at the time of purchase.
The end result is being expected to continue sleeping on a permanently soiled and unsanitary mattress after relying on a Tempur Pedic product to prevent exactly this situation. For a brand positioned as premium, this response was disappointing and unreasonable.

I washed the mattress protector that came with my Temperpedic bed purchased from Mattress Firm. It was not a temperpedic product but a Bedgear product. The top waterproof coating disintegrated in the wash. After calling Mattress Firm -who directed me to Sterns and Foster direct sales - who directed me to S&F customer service - who finally directed me to Tempurpedic customer service. I found someone who knew what they were talking about and I got the right answer. Apparently there is a big difference between a mattress protector and a mattress cover. I needed a mattress protector to replace the disintegrated Bedgear product. The tempurpedic agent figured this out and directed me to the right size and style of Temperpedic covers. Its on the way! Glad to be getting a tempurpedic product. I had no idea I had initially purchased a bedgear product and not a temperdedic product.

They shipped me a twin sheet set instead of the mattress protector I purchased. Then put me through the run a round and had to re-explain the issue over again to multiple customer service representatives. Never offered any kind of discount or coupon for all the hassle and still do not have the mattress cover.

The quality is great but the fit is not! 11 inch king mattress and the cover is too big. Lots of wrinkles as it's not tight on the mattress. Would work better on a thicker mattress.

I do NOT recommend buying this product. It does not fit correctly, and is falsely advertised. Bunches up, too loose, and makes a crinkling noise. Worst part is, even if you just try and fit it to your new mattress, Tempur does not stand behind their product and will force you to keep it. BUYER BEWARE. Horrible customer service support as well.

There was a review that sold us on the Tempur-pedic cover that indicated that there wasn't a crinkling sound that is so often associated with waterproof mattresses. There truly isn't any sound from the cover and it doesn't impede the full comfort of our new mattress! Highly recommend!

In very small print they tell you that you cannot return this item. You can sleep on one of the beds and return it but not the mattress protector (??). I only want to exchange this item for the correct size. They sent me a queen when I needed a King and they will not exchange the item that has not been used or open. read every thing on the page before you purchase! As they only tell you this one time in very small print and it is not in the final order page.
