New sheets arrived via UPS at our door few minutes ago, and had sticky gunky stuff all over bottom of box. Not fault of Tempur Pedic, but after opening sheets one box, was fine, other box of sheets smelled like throw up. This is no exaggeration. It was a horrible smell that lingered in the room even after removing sheets to the washing machine. I am just hoping and praying this putrid smell comes out because Tempur Pedic has a no return policy. I will never be doing business with this company again. I voice my concern to the company and they could care less. Once they sell you something, they are done with you. Buyer beware!!!!

These sheets get softer and softer over time. I find they come out of a medium heat drier quite wrinkled but the wrinkles seem to relax while on the bed. I wore a hole in my last set of these sheets after a couple years use which surprised me. I imagine kids could be hard on them. Overall, I do like the sheets. This is my third purchase. I do wish that standard sized pillowcases were available. We don't use king pillows.

I purchased the sheets 2 weeks ago when they were "in stock". After 2 weeks, I called Tempur-Pedic to see why they weren't shipping. They sold me an out of stock product and said I'd need to wait 1-2 more weeks for them to get out of stock to ship. I tried to see if they'd provide any reasonable accommodation in the interim, as I'll be receiving my mattress and all other products without sheets. They said no (I emailed and called). They basically offered me two options: (1) wait; (2) get a refund and figure out other sheets. They truly didn't care that they were inconveniencing me given their logistics issues and made it clear that they were more than comfortable shifting the burden onto the consumer in cases like this (they said it's their policy). Extremely disappointing. Would recommend everyone looks elsewhere if you want your product in a reasonable time frame.

I purchased the Egyptian Lux sheets. I'm sorry to say they are almost the worst sheets I have ever purchased. They are not soft and luxurious feeling at all. Almost like covering up in construction paper. These sheet are very expensive, but very low quality. I had read many other reviews on this product and people were not satisfied at all. I thought they were being picky, so I tried them. They are awful!! Please save your money because they do not offer a refund. I believe it's because they can't stand behind their product. No doubt they have probably had many complaints.

I used to swear by these sheets. My last sets are 6 years old and are super soft. The new ones are not stiff and much thicker. I also notice these ones no longer have "by dream fit" straps, perhaps that's the difference.
Either way I would not buy another pair. Especially at these prices.

I was skeptical these would really work on my adjustable split king because they are Egyptian cotton rather than knit. Now I'm obsessed with the fit and cotton comfort and want another set. It you're on the fence about this set, you won't be disappointed.

All my other less expensive sheets have the elastic sewn into the material of the fitted sheet. The Tempur sheets have the elastic ATTACHED to the material. The set I received had the material separating from the elastic. I had to sew the elastic back onto the cotton sheet. I do like the straps at the corners of the fitted sheet to help the sheets stay on. I also like the top sheet is very long, and goes up over my head.

I ordered the wrong size but didn't realize until they arrived. Tempurpedic informed me that I was unable to exchange the unopened box for the correct size. I understand not accepting something that has been opened but in this case the sheets were perfectly new. Truly rotten.

Extremely disappointed in the product and tempur-pedic. A lot of money for a poorly fitting sheet set made of thin fabric. Not the quality I expected and they do not accept returns. The return policy can only be found by clicking a link and since they otherwise have solid return policies, I failed to notice. I expected a better product and definitely expected a better experience when I contacted the company.

I spent years fighting with every brand, type and price of sheet and NONE of them fit my Tempurpedic mattress. It was beyond frustrating trying to keep the sheets on the bed because the mattress was not a "deep pocket" or standard size. Out of complete frustration I saw an advertisement for Tempurpedic sheets and as an added bonus they were 50% off the regular price. I knew it was probably a long shot but I took a deep breath and bought a set. I have been absolutely amazed at how nicely these fit the mattress, and how the quality made grippers on the corners ensure that the sheets don't slip in and off the mattress. I absolutely give this the highest rating possible. The only disappointment whatsoever is how long it took me to find them and realize they were what I needed all along. Tempurpedic you are my hero!

These sheets seem very stiff and they aren't permanent pressed. I wash them every week and hopefully they will get softer as I wash them. I love the color, and they fit perfectly, but they just are very stiff. I suppose some people like sheets that way, I like soft and more pliable sheets.

I saved my money to order what I thought were the best sheets that would stay on a tempurpedic base and that WOULD NOT wrinkle. WRONG WRONG. They wrinkle worse than any sheets I have ever owned. Unfortunately I can't rate these sheets zero stars or I would! They are not what we expected. We were not happy with the color. We immediately contacted Tempurpedic about it and to request a return. We were told we cannot return sheets even though the packages were not opened. Then they told us we don't accept returns for anything that is on sale!! BTW, even with the sale price these sheets were entirely over priced!! Horrible customer service!! They are not what you would expect for Egyptian Cotton and at this price point. They are rough to the touch and not the cool crisp feel we expected. Save your money!!!

New and only washed once. My early disappointment is that they wrinkle badly, even tough I checked the dryer a couple of times to make sure they did not roll up into a ball. Perhaps this will improve with a few more washings. I see reviews that speak to poor quality, but since these are new, I cannot speak to that at this time. The sheets are rather expensive, but I purchased them hoping they would fit the mattresses better. Not sure that is the case.

I like the way the fitted sheets are made, but the flat sheets abd pillow cases are not constructed properly. The hems are all bunched up, so even if I were to iron them, they still would not lie flat. The fabric is also very wrinkly.
