I love the zero gravity option on this base! The options to raise the head to read at night, or raise the legs/feet has shown so many benefits to my health. Now when my feet and ankles swell after a day of standing or traveling, I just raise the feet and wake up with no swelling in the morning and the pain is reduced so much because of this option.

After 32 years as an R.N. my back was, as I SWEAR my Neurosurgeon said, "A train wreck. It looks like someone opened up your back, dropped a grenade in it and let it go off!" Tempur-Pedic changed the quality of my life. It substantially decreased my pain upon waking up.
EVERYONE in the return process was so helpful. ESPECIALLY NORMA DESMOND.
After 4 years my Tempur-Ergo Queen base "failed". The top left leg broke off. I was instructed to take pictures of the base. While moving the mattress to facilitate this, the bottom left leg began to lean sharply toward the middle of the base but didn't break off, thank God.
I WAS THRILLED that the warranty was honored! I, and everyone I knew, expected it to "be found that it was MY fault"! The ONLY thing I didn't love was having to pay White Glove $175 to deliver it. INITIALLY the form I filled out said shipping was free. But when I was at the end of the form I was notified of the fee. I understand it's Tempur-Pedic's "policy" but that doesn't mean I like it OR think it's fair.

I love having this adjustable base with my new mattress. The saved settings make it easy to read in bed. The only thing I don't care about it is that the fitted sheet needs to be adjusted every morning because of the movement of the mattress. The mattress also needs to be moved backward on the base every week as it moves toward the bottom. Not a big deal.

We honestly only went with this power base because we couldn't decide on a different bed frame. But this one was well worth the purchase! The ability to raise the head up was a life saver when I was sick! Only downfall is that we have all hardwood floors and it seems to move around quite a bit. I'm sure our GSD jumping on it doesn't help though. Small price to pay for such a great investment!

We used to have a big foam wedge to help with acid reflux, and a little foam wedge for when my shoulder hurt and 3 pillows stacked behind me for when I wanted to sit up in bed, this replaces all of that. And if my husband finds himself sitting up in bed before he's fully awake, that's a bonus. Also the massage function is great for lower back pain.

The first base we were sent was defective and could not be assembled properly. 8 weeks later we received another one. Massage feature on that one has not worked properly since the day we took possession. Have been trying for months to get fixed under warranty... still not fixed. As a bonus I was told that my warranty started the day I ordered the base from the furniture store not the day I received it. Took roughly 4 months to actually get a partially working base, so 4 months of my warranty was gone before I even received the product.

Purchased a temper pedic mattress and was going to purchase the entry ease base model, but with a recent saiatic issue I purchased the Ergo with the lumbar feature….havent really used it due to the temper pedic mattress has resolved the problem for now.., but if it becomes chronic then I have this fancy adjustable bed base to help with the therapy….not sure I would use all the pro or smart features of the upper models., maybe if I was bed ridden….but hope I don't go there…

Hands down, this has been one of those purchases we wished we had made 10 years ago! These beds have made such a difference in our health. After two nights of sleeping in my new bed, my back has not hurt one single time. And I had quality expensive conventional mattress before.
