I am into a minimal Scandinavian design style for my bedroom, which this low profile foundation compliments very well. I paired my hybrid mattress up with a Thuma wood bed frame and it makes the perfect height for me. I am 5 feet 6 inches, so I might get the next size up with that frame if I was a few inches taller.

Loved it from the first night we received it! The most comfort bed I have ever slept in! Have had 3 back surgeries and suffered for the past 4 years terribly till my son told me he got one and loves it. He also has a bad back so I trusted him. Best thing I could have ever done.

Horriblew, bad absolutely uncomfortable feels like you're sleeping on a piece of plywood on top of customer. Service is horrible. Won't return the mattress they could care less about their customers.

We needed to lower our bed to enable my husband to return to our bed after being in a hospital bed in our living room at home for nearly two years! He has an incurable cancer that has wrecked his physical body with mobility issues. He is slowly recovering some strength to be somewhat mobile. Being able to return to our bed after all this time (and trauma) has given him and me hope for the future! This foundation is perfect, and the installers were pleasant, professional, and helpful getting us prepared for this blessing! Thank you Temperpedic!

2008 I bought a mattress for my second home. I could not wait to return and sink into a dream bed. As so many other manufacturers, this company sold and the quality degraded. I set out to find a replacement as it was time. I've yet to find the same comfort as in the mattress from many years ago. Tempur-Pedic was the 7th one purchased within 2 years. It does not give me the good nite's sleep I've been daydreaming about. I've added a 3" topper as the product for which I paid over $3,000 did not provide the comfort I wanted. I'm over mattress shopping.

Ordered a King Foundation online and was advised of a three hour "window"during which the delivery would take place. After window had expired and I had not been advised of any delays,I contacted the shipper who had no answer why the delivery was late or why I had not been advised (no apology either). After some investigation by the shipper I was given a new "window" for delivery of approximately 3-4 hours later. Once again, no delivery was made and I was not contacted regarding any further delay. I called shipper again and was advised of yet another delay that would push the delivery back to 7-8 PM. I responded that this was unacceptable as we had plans and we would reassemble our existing bed and look into cancelling payment through out credit card.

It's a good thing that this wasn't returnable to begin with because my cat found and destroyed it within half an hour. It's still holding the bed and is a sturdy foundation, but apparently it is irresistible to feline members of the family.

We loved our old tempur-pedic mattress that was 22 years old. We ordered another mattress that needed a new base. We are in the process of returning our new mattress for a firmer one. There is no mattress that can even measure up to temper-pedic mattress and proper base. We are anxiously waiting for the new one to arrive.

I purchase this product because of the brand and their warranty. Unfortunately, the warranty is a scam and not true. Any little thing is scrutinized and they will not replace. I called to attempt to escalate and was told something out of a script. There is one escalation number and they are unwilling to provide an escalation path for review of a claim. For such a large company their processes are the for the customer. Horrible experience. I do not recommend this company or their products.

I ordered this height and then decided it was too tall for my bed. Unfortunately they will not let you return it or replace with another size. I think it is overpriced for what it is. Plus I found out that even with this foundation if you have an issue with the mattress they do not allow you to use this as a "proper acceptable foundation" for the mattress to sit on. I have a platform bed and after many emails and phone calls was finally told that this foundation would not be acceptable to use to be able to file a warranty claim on the mattress

The foundation we got was the low one. I wish I had gotten the tall one. The Low one is way too low for me. I feel like I am crouching when I roll out of bed. Didn't know what I really needed to order as I didn't go to a store. I wish I could exchange it but I don't want to pay the shipping cost.

I had purchased my tempurpedic mattress and had planned to place it directly on my bed frame - I had a last minute thought - and reviewed the foundations - I called Tempurpedic and received very helpful information. I realized adding the foundation to my
purchase was a good idea - when the 5 inch foundation was delivered - I was convinced - it was the perfect duo. The foundation is sleek, stong - very well made.

Bed frame is 10" off the floor and the addition of the low profile flat foundation keeps the whole bed with mattress at around 2' high. Solid construction. Some fitted sheet sets have extra depth and this foundation helps eliminate the slack for a tighter fit.

Delivered to us with two rips at the bottom of it while still wrapped in plastic. But customer service wouldn't take the product back after it came into my home, despite being wrapped, simply because we signed for it before noticing the rips. Customer service hung up on us after we asked repeatedly for a replacement. Don't buy from tempur-pedic. They don't value customer satisfaction, only their bottom line.

Needed to lower height of my bed. Called TemperPedic directly and learned that the foundations come in 3 different sizes. Ordered the smallest one as no local retail stores stocked it. Very easy to order online and it was shipped immediately. Delivery company communications were very good. Delivered as promised and delivery people brought it in and installed it very professionally and quickly. Very neat and took all the packing materials with them. Very satisfied. Was able to lower height of bed by 3 inches. Much easier to get in and out of bed.

the foundation is quite low profile, and my brand new $4,200 tempur-pedic mattress is very low to the ground. I asked to exchange it and was told no. Rep stated that they are a no waste company and offered to resend me the return policy.
