this pillow is a perfect pillow for those who want a pillow that really sinks in. It feels incredible to touch and lay your head on, but personally I don't like a soft feel. I don't like a pillow that feels like it's melting. Despite that though, this still feels comfortable to relax on, and I use it as a secondary pillow.

Worst company I've ever dealt with. The pillow is flat, cheap, uncomfortable, and feels nothing like what was advertised. Complete waste of money. Then when I tried to use the warranty, they came up with excuses not to honor it or give me my money back. Their "warranty" clearly means nothing because they'll do anything to avoid replacing the product or refunding customers.
The quality is terrible, customer service is even worse, and I honestly feel scammed. Don't waste your money on this company unless you like paying premium prices for dollar-store quality products and getting ignored when there's a problem.

My tempur-cloud pillow is just the right balance of softness and support. I have had a firmer tempur pillow for many years, however I noticed neck pain occurring (especially if my pillow was a little bit cold). My sleep has improved with my Cloud pillow. I purchased the BOGO, and my daughter is loving her Cloud pillow as well!

Love the king size, but it could be a tad more full, not so flat. It has the chance to be the perfect pillow if it was a bit more full. Otherwise a 4.7 star I give it. Comfort, length and cooling perfect!

I had previously purchased this pillow years ago, it went with me everywhere. I have a mattress as well. However this pillow is now much softer and doesn't provide any support at the neck. I wake up stiff and sore every night. Very upset about this, I'll have to purchase from another brand

I expected the pillow to be a standard size for queen bed but it's too small! Also, gets very hot so I think the cooling feature is necessary to get. The softness is not what I expected and I thought I'd be able to exchange it but no! You cannot return or exchange any of the pillows you get from Tempur-Pedic! You are forever stuck with anything you get. In a world where almost anything you buy is exchangeable/returnable for at least the first two weeks, companies like this shouldn't even exist. I should've done more research about this company and the no return/exchange policy before I end up buying a nonfunctional pillow.

My husband has had his tempurpedic pillow since college. I was excited to get him a new fresh one after all these years and even more excited to get one for myself. Since his was old there wasn't a tag but we looked on the website and got one that looked like it matched his original pillow. Well we were wrong & he used it for all of 5 minutes before switching back to his old college pillow. When you lay on this pillow, you head basically sinks to the mattress. Hard to swallow spending all this money on pillows that won't be used. Highly recommend going to a store to try before you buy so you don't run into my mistake. If you like any substance to your pillow, I do not recommend this one.

They seem good when you first lay down. I had some older models that were queen size and wanted the king size of the same. Unfortunately these are too squishy and become flat under your head quickly after lying down. I was disappointed they weren't like my old queen sized ones.

I purchased a pair of pillows directly from the website during a BOGO promotion. We chose this brand specifically for its reputation, simply wanting to get a good night's sleep. Instead, the pillows went flat after just one use. What was supposed to be a gift of comfort has turned into a nightmare of frustration.
When I reached out to request a return or replacement because the pillows were not performing, I was steered away from a direct resolution and told to file a warranty claim instead. Despite providing my invoice and four photos of the defect through that link, the company now refuses to help unless I film a video of the pillows "recovering." I even offered to ship the units back so their team could perform their own internal testing, but they ignored the offer and stated they would not provide additional responses without a video.
It is frustrating to be treated with such skepticism. This isn't about the money; it's about a brand that doesn't stand behind its products or trust its customers. I've learned my lesson and will not be buying from this brand again.

I was excited for these pillows due to the success I had with a Tempur-Pedic mattress topper, but these were a complete let down. I'm 6'1 and 210lbs and these pillows just crumble under my head without any support. I've tried it for a few weeks now and developed worsening neck pains so I had to switch back to my old pillow. I can see now why they do not offer a trial as these would be going back.

I've been using Tempur-Pedic pillows for about five years and I can't switch to anything else. I recently purchased two more, including the TEMPUR-Cloud pillow, and they are incredibly comfortable. I have a Tempur-pedic mattress i purchased awhile ago and i love it. I also have the travel pillow and comfort pillow which I also love. This pillow is terrible. I purchased it as a BOGO and upon receiving it I opened one pillow and used it for 3 nights and it was a total disappointment. It was so flat I couldn't sleep comfortably and it ended up hurting my neck. I am truly disappointed your company offers this product.
